Adventist Library Information Cooperative

The Adventist Library Information Cooperative (ALICE) functions as a service of the Association of Seventh-day Adventist Librarians (ASDAL) and reports to each annual meeting of ASDAL.

ALICE exists for the benefit of Seventh-day Adventist institutional libraries that become Member Libraries of the Cooperative.

The purpose of ALICE is to facilitate group purchases and database licensing for member Seventh-day Adventist College and University libraries. Its Projects Manager is responsible for negotiating contracts with electronic information vendors that will allow the member libraries to extend access to electronic information resources to their respective clienteles in their library buildings, across their campuses, and to their extension students in the most cost-effective way possible.
