Academic Consortium of Electronic resources, ACE, is a consortium of 432 public/private/research/technical university libraries in South Korea.
Korea Education and Research Information Service, a public institution under the Korean Ministry of Education, have been operating ACE for more than 20 years.
As national consortium for university liraries, ACE subsidizes some of the electronic resources license fee and negotiates with vendors.
